Order Processing Time
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Shipping Time: Shipping takes approximately 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday) from the moment your order has been processed.
Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-8) will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Total Delivery Time: From order placement to delivery, please allow 7–11 business days (Monday–Friday).

Lost or Damaged Items
Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence before returning the package. Our team will quickly find a solution.
Lost Orders: Most deliveries arrive on time. If your order has not arrived after the regular delivery time plus 3 additional days, please contact our customer service for assistance.
For larger orders, items may be shipped in multiple packages. In such cases, the remaining items usually arrive within 1–3 business days after the first package.
Returns
